Matthew Wertheim, Esq. ( AV® Preeminent™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®), has been in private practice since 1987, handling a wide variety of litigation and transactional matters. He has represented clients in hundreds of lawsuits and disputes involving personal injury, professional malpractice, real estate, business, and more. He also has significant experience with insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
Early in his career, he worked for an insurance defense firm, McDonald, Cullom & Perrusina and was active in all phases of civil litigation, providing an inside perspective on how insurance companies operate and defend claims. In addition, Matthew Wertheim is a seasoned mediator and since 2005 he has mediated hundreds of disputes involving personal injury, real estate, breach of contract, employment, medical malpractice, and products liability.
