2020 Highlights

Sheltering in place and working mostly from home-this was a challenging year.

Continued to zealously represent injured persons and obtained multiple six figure personal injury settlements.

Helped multiple clients buy and sell over $17,000,000 of commercial properties. Handled the review, drafting and/or editing of documents related to such transactions and helped clients resolve all issues prior to closing.

Represented numerous Owners and tenants throughout Northern California in Covid-related lease negotiations and amendments.

Represented Marin county residents in lot line dispute that resulted in reciprocal easement agreement.

Provided pro bono consultation to client who was being harassed in Fairfax, CA.  Achieved significant move-out settlement payment.  Continue representation for those unable to afford standard legal rates.
