2016 Highlights

2016-Matt successfully negotiated significant settlements for real estate professionals, owners of commercial and residential property, and numerous injured persons. Matt helped a real estate client negotiate a complex eight figure sale, while also continuing his practice of providing Pro Bono services for those in need.

Matt's attention to detail, preparation and multi-faceted presentations as an advocate for his clients' resolved cases short of trial in 2016.

Matt continued to hone his skills as a mediator, and is quite proud of his 95% settlement rate.
